2- No ghost from his ex girlfriends.

3- To be aged between 25 and 30 years old.

5- To have a job. Unemployed more than 6 months : Run away !

6- Someone with the same social level.

7- To avoid someone who practise hard his religion stuff.

8- Someone who has the same politics convictions as you.
